The building process with Fraemohs Homes

Our Promise

• We will provide a plain english Contract with no surprises.
• We will provide a main contact person to communicate with you at all times during the building process.

Your Ideas

The first step is to meet with our Sales staff and in house design team to discuss your ideas for your new home. Our plan range makes it easy to choose the Fraemohs design that is perfect for you.

Payment

Following the initial consultation we will prepare a concept drawing and preliminary estimate at no charge.

Once you are happy with the concept a Plan Fee is payable and we proceed with site visit, detailed plans and firm price.

Next step is the building contract. A deposit is payable on finalising the contract, followed by scheduled payments during the manufacture and construction of your new home.

For Kitsets payment in full is required prior to despatch from our factory. We can also arrange delivery and insurance for you if you wish.
